The Washington Hall project has one-bedroom view apartments on the second floor of a former OSU classroom built in 1893. Each apartment has a bedroom, living room, new kitchen and bathroom; dishwasher, washer-dryer; flat-screen TV; wireless internet; cable and phone; gas heat and air conditioning; 11-ft ceilings and natural wood floors with wool rugs.
